Mike began his sales position with The Taney Corporation in October 2019 and has over 36 years in the building industry. He services the Delmarva Peninsula. He enjoys meeting Taney’s customers and the building diversity that he encounters each day. Woodworking is one of his passions which is why he feels Taney is a great fit. Mike and his wife live on the Eastern Shore of Maryland where they enjoy eating crabs and going fishing with their 4 daughters, family and friends.
Jim Bates Outside Salesman
Jim has been in the construction/building supply industry for over 30 years. Jim covers southeastern Pennsylvania and southern Jersey. He is committed to prompt, accurate and first class service to all of his customers. Being at Taney allows Jim to excel and provide quality products to his customers. The Taney team includes truly skilled craftsmen, courteous support staff and a top notch delivery team. Jim and the Taney team are here for all your stair and rail needs.
Vic Einarsson Outside Salesman
Vic brings over 30 years of experience in the residential and commercial building industry to Taney Stair. When he isn’t working, he enjoys boating, duck hunting, and repairing classic autos.
Brad Babylon CFO
With over 25 years of experience in the accounting and finance field, Brad has come to develop a great interest in both the manufacturing and construction industries. Taney allows him to blend those two interests. Brad is always so impressed by the incredible stair and rail products that the skilled craftsmen make in the Taney facilities. Amazing!
When Brad isn’t at work, he enjoys connecting with family and spending time outside, in the woods, or on the water.
Melissa Holt
Melissa has been with Taney for over 16 years now and has gained so much knowledge of this industry in that time. She loves that each day brings something new to the table. Melissa enjoys interacting with Taney’s customers & helping them through the entire process of purchasing Taney products.
Jeff Glass President
As the saying goes, Jeff has sawdust in his veins. Growing up in a family business, Jeff has worked in almost every department in the Taney shop. Now serving as President, Jeff has been with The Taney Corporation since 1983. He owes the success of Taney to the many hard-working employees at Taney, as well as the unsurpassed quality and attention that goes into every product.
Jeff, his wife Dawn, and their two boys, Evan and Maddox, enjoy boating and hanging out in their backyard with friends. Jeff is also an avid golfer and loves to read, snowboard, and wake board.
Lori Lawson
Lori started her career with The Taney Corporation in 2015, with 20 years of Human Resource experience, she has most enjoyed evolving in the field of HR. She loves staying busy, helping and meeting new people, and all of the daily challenges that come her way. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her dogs.
Brian D. Glass
Brian grew up in the family stair business all his life and has been dedicated to Taney for over 37 years. He has worked in all the different departments at the company over the years, including doing jobs as lumber purchasing, stair designing, and inside and outside sales.
Brian knows the building industry is the backbone to the American economy and enjoys working with all the businesses and people that keep the industry moving. Whether the job is large or small, his ability to identify the perfect stair and rail combination is second to none.
He also works on his local family farm assisting in the management and direction. Brian lives with his wife, Chris, and daughter Morgan, who also works in the Taney office part time, as needed. Living on their farmland, it goes without saying that Brian enjoys being outdoors, riding 4 wheelers and side by side utility vehicles, visiting the Eastern Shore beaches, watching movies, and spending time with his family.
